Adam trained me for 5 weeks and helped me not only loose two pants sizes but also motivated me to workout almost everyday. In addition his fulfilling nutritional guidelines helped me eat healthier. I have had a lot of trainers and I have never seen the results I have gotten from working with Adam. He not only motivated me to work out he motivated me to WANT to work out. For me, that is the difference between hoping ill get results and actually getting them. I think Adam’s passion and dedication to my goals and results is what sets him apart from other trainers. He is committed and holds me accountable. He taught me how my diet is going to affect the results I am going to get. He taught me how to eat and what to eat. I never really understood the whole anatomy and muscle make up thing but Adam made it easy to understand what muscle I was working, why I was working it, and other exercises I could do to work that muscle. For about 4 years I have had a problem with my hip and it had hindered my workouts. Adam used different stretches and exercises to help my hip and I am finally able to work out without worrying about it all the time. Adam is very dedicated to getting results and I am very happy with the results I have gotten.
